Nancy Heigl got her start in the entertainment industry, managing daughter Katherine Heigl's acting career. In 2007, she added producing to her resume and partnered with Katherine to form Abishag Productions™.
Under that banner, Nancy strives to seek out, develop and produce exciting and dynamic projects for their company, such as the upcoming CIA drama "State Of Affairs" for NBC. Her executive production credits include "Life As We Know It" and "The Ugly Truth".
The Jason Debus Heigl Foundation
The Heigl's passion for animals and their desire to end cruelty and abuse, inspired them to found the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation™, a non-profit animal welfare organization dedicated to the memory of a beloved son and brother tragically killed in a road accident in 1986.
To help support their Foundation, Katherine and Nancy have created and developed the JustOne™ brand, proceeds from which supplement their own philanthropic efforts in providing care and assistance to animals in desperate need.
